13. Lainey

Chapter thirteen

Lainey

W ow. That was… amazing. I didn’t expect oral with a mascot wolf to be like that . Though, I never expected to give oral to a fur suit either. No, he’s more than just a fur suit. I still don’t know what to call him, but the urge to call him mine pushes at my chest. I feel safe with Wilder.

Wilder nuzzles his snout into my neck, inhaling deeply with a soft sigh. “Practice then?” His voice a deep rumble that does nothing for keeping my shorts dry. Settle down Lainey.

I sigh dramatically, “I suppose so.” Taking in Wilder’s handsome face and grinning. I move from the bench, gently unzipping him and slipping inside. Wilder attempts to stifle a moan but fails. “Didn’t get enough, big guy?”

“You being inside-makes me… feel things.” Wilder’s voice turns strained as I wiggle inside him, the suit going stiff for a moment before settling back to its soft and pliable state.

“Such a good boy for me.” He whines again as I hold his hollow head up to my face, smirking at him before placing it over mine. I love riling him up like that.

We head out to the field and practice for a while. I work on moving around with his massive head on my shoulders and he teases me from time to time, giving me gentle squeezes in the suit and controlling the arms, rubbing his foam against me to tease me.

Wilder tells me stories about his favorite games and how he loves making people smile. He loves being a mascot and the fans absolutely adore him. I mean, he is the famous Wilder after all.

“Lainey,” he says almost too quietly.

“What’s up big guy?”

“Can I admit something to you?”

Sensing his tension, I breathe calmly hoping it helps Wilder as much as it helps me. “Of course. Should we sit? Or should I get out so we can talk?” Wilder doesn’t need to breathe but I feel his chest rise and fall slowly before he relaxes a bit. Good boy.

“I rather like you like this, but maybe this is a talk to have when you’re not inside of me so I can focus.” He barks out a laugh before assisting with the zipper so I can step out. Zipping him back up before we walk over to the dugout to sit and talk.

I take a seat on the metal bench, patting the spot next to me. Wilder sits close to me, his plush fur tickling my arm. “I’m afraid.” He admits quietly hanging his head. Placing my hand on his paw, giving it a reassuring squeeze. “It’s ok to be afraid, Wilder.”

“I just… this new body. It’s not like typical mascots and I-” He stumbles over his words, fur bristling in frustration trying to find the words.

“You’re worried you look too scary now?” He smiles half heartedly before looking out at the empty stadium.

“It’s my first appearance since Andy’s death and I look,” he gestures tensely with his free paw to himself. “I look like I would rip someone apart. Intentionally.“ His fur stands at the thought, pulling his paw from my hand.

“Hey,” taking his face in my hands, forcing him to look at me, “You’re Wilder. The Westland Wolves legendary mascot. You make those people smile. They look for you at games.“ He smiles, leaning into my hands and I kiss the tip of his nose.

“I am only Wilder with a handler. With you.”

I grin and nod, tears welling in my eyes. “With me. Forever.” It slips out, but I mean it. I couldn’t leave Wilder if I tried. I guess I’m going to be a mascot handler for the rest of my life. The pay is alright but the perks-yeah I love this job .

We cuddle as the sun settles behind the stadium, the starry night sky bringing a chill that only one of us feels. “Alright, let’s get back inside now. It’s getting chilly.” I shiver, wrapping my arms around myself.

Wilder scoops me up into his warm furry chest as I let out a squeal. “Alright sunshine girl. Let’s go inside.” I snuggle into him smiling as he walks us back.

Once back in the locker room, we clean up our mess and tidy up. I help Wilder back into his locker after many kisses and long hugs. “Good night, Wilder. See you tomorrow bright and early.”

“Good night, Lainey.” He smiles and closes the door. My heart aches leaving him here, alone, every night, but my dreams are always of Wilder so it’s almost like he’s there, in my bed with me. My pussy certainly thinks so based on the near empty state of my panty drawer. Self reminder; do the freaking laundry.

Pulling into my driveway, I notice a car I don’t recognize across the street. It’s running, based on the steam coming from the exhaust, but the lights are off. Weird. I keep an eye on it while I park in my driveway, turning mine off. Clutching my keys between my fingers in case I need to key shank a serial killer, I walk swiftly but calmly to the front door.

You’re not afraid. Be cool, Lainey. No one kills the confident girl. It’s just someone’s guest leaving for the night. I try to convince myself as I fling my door open before slamming it behind me. I lock the deadbolt and peek out the small window just in time to watch the car slowly take off into the night. “What the hell? ”

I chalk it up to being paranoid and hop in the shower quickly before bed. My dreams soon take over, and I’m back in the locker room with Wilder, his wonderful head, and his capable tongue. God, I love that tongue. And the wolf attached to it too, my brain adds.
