Chapter nineteen
Willow
" D are."
It was the alcohol talking, but I wanted to do something so outrageous that it would knock the smug smile off his face. I didn't care if it would land me in more trouble. I just wanted to get back at him for everything they had done to me.
Pearce's grin grew wider as he leaned in closer to me. "I dare you to kiss Ainsley."
My heart almost skipped a beat. Was he serious? I glanced over at Ainsley, radiating dark desire.
I blinked. Why did my eyes feel so heavy? The world was swirling around me.
"You heard him, kiss me." Ainsley's voice was a low growl, and I could feel the vibrations throughout my body. He leaned in closer, his warm breath on my cheek. I was trapped between their bodies, and there was nowhere to run. I knew I didn't stand a chance against them.
With shaky hands, I reached up to touch Ainsley's cheek. His stubble was rough against my fingers, but it was comforting in a way. I closed my eyes and leaned in, pressing my lips against his.
A shock of pleasure surged through me, and I couldn't help but react to it. My lips parted, and my tongue darted out, swiping across his bottom lip. I heard a low growl in the back of Ainsley's throat as he deepened the kiss, threading his fingers through my hair and pulling me closer.
The world around us faded away as the heat and intensity of the kiss grew in strength. It was like nothing I'd ever experienced before. My entire body was tingling with a desire that I couldn't even begin to comprehend.
It was like a fire inside of me, consuming me from the inside out.
I pulled away from Ainsley, my chest heaving with every breath. Pearce smiled wickedly, taking in the sight before him.
"Well, that was unexpected," he said.
I balled my fists at my sides, trying to regain some control over my body.
Pearce turned me towards him and forced his lips against mine. The kiss was possessive and aggressive, but it also held a strange tenderness that, with a sickening realization, I found myself responding to.
As I sank into the kiss, I could sense Ainsley's eyes on us, his gaze. He watched me, studying my actions and reactions, and I knew he would use my every move against me later.
When Pearce finally broke the kiss, I felt a strange sense of loss wash over me. I didn't understand why I was feeling this way. After all, these men were dangerous and evil.
We were lost in the loud darkness. Although there were people around us, I felt like it was just me and the brothers. I wanted more.
Ainsley kissed me again. The brothers held me together as I came undone, writhing around in their arms. Alcohol surged through my veins, but it wasn't enough to numb the sensation between my legs, a clawing ache that cried for release. I felt their fingers grip my sides, pulling me closer, and their hands traced reckless paths down my body.
Ainsley and Pearce slowly pulled away from me, grinning as they watched my confused and dazed reactions.
"You okay there, little mouse?" Ainsley whispered, a wicked glint in his eye.
I squeezed my legs together. Why the hell was I getting so turned on? My head was spinning.
Pearce shoved his hands down my panties, feeling the slick wetness that pooled between my legs. He let out an approving groan. "Mmm, you're getting wet just kissing us, aren't you?"
I pulled away from him, a dizzying mixture of lust and repulsion fighting inside me. "Get off of me," I managed to sputter, pushing at his broad chest.
Ainsley grinned, running his hands up and down my arms. "Not just yet, pretty girl. Soon enough, we'll have you crying out my name."
I struggled against him, but he was too strong.
Ainsley held my hands as Pearce rubbed my clit in agonizingly slow circles.
I let out a tiny moan.
"I thought you hated us?" Ainsley whispered into my ear. " Can't deny it, you're getting excited."
Pearce worked my nub until I felt as if I was about to explode.
Fuck, this asshole was going to make me cum. I bit down on my lip to silence the moans escaping my treasonous body. "Please, stop," I whispered.
"You don't really mean that." Ainsley pressed his lips against mine, effectively muffling my response.
I was getting close. My legs trembled as Pearce brought me to the edge.
"You're ours, little mouse. Don't forget." Pearce said. He forced his fingers into my tight hole.
That single touch was all I needed. I gasped and squeezed my legs together as I came. Thankfully, the music was too loud for anyone but the brothers to hear. "Oh, fuck!" I gasped.
The Winston brothers chuckled darkly in unison. I'd fallen for their words, touch, and dark aura that even my hate wasn't strong enough to resist.
"Please, let me go!" I begged.
Pearce pulled his hand free, licking my glistening wetness from his fingers. "Oh, we're not done yet."
Just as he spoke, a terrible ringing sound filled the room. A door opened, sending black smoke into the crowded living room. I started coughing. The smoke stung my eyes and throat.
Everyone in the room scrambled to escape, pushing and shoving their way towards the door.
Pearce and Ainsley grabbed onto me, pulling me closer. The smoke enveloped us, but the Winston brothers seemed unfazed, their grips on me tightening.
"Hold your breath. Don't fight it." Pearce's voice was calm and commanding. I nodded, squeezing my eyes shut as I tried to hold my breath.
The air grew thicker and hotter.
Between the vodka and the smoke, I was useless. Everything around me was a blur. Someone shouting, someone calling 911, and people running for their trucks.
Pearce pulled me into his arms and ran to the door.
The frigid Alaskan air filled my lungs as I took in a desperate breath. Panic gripped me and paralyzed me.
"I got you." Pearce's voice was surprisingly gentle as I faded into darkness.
