ATLAS
Five years later
Bex's laugh gets me every time. On the back of my bike like this, she is carefree. Free of responsibilities and stress. I love making her feel this way. As we wind down the two lane mountain road, I can feel the stress of the last few months fly behind us in the wind. I hate to pull over, but I have plans for a quiet picnic lunch, and this little roadside pull off has a small hidden path to one of the most perfect lakes with a bench to take it all in.
“I needed that more than I realized,” she says as she steps off the back of the bike and removes her helmet.
“You and me both,” I say. Pulling her into my arms, I just enjoy the moment of it being the two of us with not another person around.
Well, until a car speeds by on the road, which pulls us from the moment. We grab the food we brought and head down the path hand in hand.
Bex and I wanted to wait to have kids and really be a team running the Mustang Mountain Riders, but a few months ago our little girl was born. I didn't think I could love someone as much as I love Bex until I met that little girl. She has the other half of my heart.
Our daughter Hailey is probably the most spoiled kid there is. She’s normally attached to Bex or me in a wrap as we work around the clubhouse. If it's not one of us, it's one of the many guys or their girls snuggling her.
We have the whole club supporting us, but that hasn't stopped us from stressing over midnight feedings and whether or not we are doing things right. The late night feeds are a killer when I have an early meeting.
Thunder has been handling most things happening around the club before noon and giving me time to be dad and give Bex a break in the mornings. But we haven't had any time alone together. I know the stress of letting someone else care for Hailey this afternoon is weighing on Bex, but I'm glad I was able to talk her into it.
“I love this spot.” Bex sighs as we sit on the bench and look out over the water.
One of the guys at the club found this spot on a drive a few years ago, and now it's a getaway for many of us when we need a break. Not many people know about it, so it's a great little hideaway. We’ve been here many times and have yet to see another person here when we are. Which is perfect for what I have in mind this afternoon.
“I figured this would be the perfect spot for our drive,” I say as I pull out her sandwich.
She wraps her hand around the sandwich but I don't let go. When her eyes meet mine, I pull her in for a kiss. It's short, but I also want her to eat before we get too carried away.
She rests her head on my shoulder as we eat in silence, just watching the lake and enjoying the light mountain breeze. I know little about photography, but I'm sure the reflection of the mountains off the lake would make a photo anyone would want hanging in their home.
“We should do a family photo shoot out here with the lake and the mountain in the background,” Bex says, reading my mind.
The more time we spend together the more we are on the same wavelength and many times have the same thought.
“I was just thinking the same thing,” I agree and kiss the top of her of her head.
I smile at the idea, picturing Hailey all dressed up and trying to wriggle out of the fancy clothes we put her in. She's a little firecracker, never content to stay still for too long. But something about this serene setting makes me believe she might just sit still long enough for a few good shots.
As we finish our lunch, I stand up and offer Bex my hand, pulling her up to her feet. "Let's go down to the water," I suggest, knowing how much she loves dipping her toes in the cool lake.
“What do you think of a little skinny dipping?” I ask once we reach the water's edge.
“Atlas! It's broad daylight!” She sounds completely scandalized but the smile on her face tells me she isn't completely opposed to the idea.
“No one is here, and no one ever is when we visit. They can't see us from the road. Plus you think I'd ever put you in a situation for anyone else to ever see what is mine?” I ask.
I am protective of her, and she knows if someone did show up I'd take care of it.
With a playful glint in her eye, Bex slowly starts unbuttoning her shirt. "Well, when you put it that way..." she teases, letting the fabric fall to the ground.
I can't help but admire the way the sunlight dances on her skin, highlighting every curve and freckle. Her laughter fills the air as she kicks off her shoes and wades into the water, the cool ripples lapping at her ankles.
I follow suit, hastily shedding my clothes and joining her in the lake. The water is refreshing against my skin, washing away any lingering tension from our busy lives. Bex splashes me playfully, her laughter contagious.
I swim over to her, and she reaches for me, wrapping her arms and legs around me.
I hold her close, the water swirling around us as we share a lingering kiss. The world fades away in that moment, leaving just the two of us in our own private oasis. Bex's fingers trace patterns on my back, sending shivers down my spine. I never knew I could feel so complete, so at peace, until she came into my life.
That kiss quickly turns heated, and my cock grows hard between us.
Bex breaks the kiss, her eyes sparkling with desire. "I think we might be too old for skinny dipping," she says with a playful wink.
I laugh, pulling her closer to me. "We're never too old for anything, Bex."
I grab her hips and line up to enter her in one hard thrust, just like she likes it.
As I enter her, she lets out a gasp, her eyes widening with pleasure. The cool water around us only adds to the intensity of our connection, the sensation of being one with nature and each other. I thrust deeper, feeling her body clench around me.
Her moans fill the air, spurring me on as I take her in the water.
“Just because no one can see us doesn't mean they won't be able to hear us,” I say as my lips crash against hers.
Bex wraps her legs around me, pulling me closer as she kisses me passionately. The thought of getting caught turns her on just a bit and her pussy grips my cock like a vise.
It's not long before we reach our climax together, our bodies convulsing in the water as we share this intimate moment. As we catch our breath, I pull Bex close, holding her tightly as we float in the lake.
“We should probably get back to our clothes before we're spotted," she teases after we both come down from the high of our lake sex.
I chuckle, unable to hold back a grin as I pull away from her. I grab onto her hand, and we start swimming towards the shore, feeling alive and free in this moment just for the two of us. We're both drenched and laughing, looking like a couple of wild children.
Once back on land, we quickly dress ourselves.
"Let's head back to the clubhouse," I suggest as we get dressed. "We can grab a hot shower, then find Thunder and take Hailey home for a movie night and snuggle session."
Bex nods in agreement, her face still flushed from our swim and love-making. "Sounds perfect," she says, taking my hand as we start our walk back to where we parked the bike.
On our way back to the clubhouse, I can't help but feel grateful for this place that has become our sanctuary. The clubhouse is a second home to us, filled with friends who have become family. It's where we met, where we found our community, and where we became a family of our own.
