Chapter 27 - Aleksandr

Leaning against the car, I watched as Mila went inside. As the door closed behind her, my phone rang. Taking it out, I saw it was Piotr. “Hey there,” I said, answering.

“Hi Aleksandr,” Piotr replied. “I have spoken to Ashan. He is setting up a meeting with the Morozov family. However, you will have to meet them on their turf.”

I smiled. It was great news. I felt sure we could conclude our alliance with them. They had already assisted us in getting rid of Jason and the enemy Bratva. After we drove them away, they have been very quiet over the last six months. I hoped they would stay away.

“No problem, please let me know when and where,” I replied, walking toward the house. We had to conclude the alliance, should the enemy return, we would be stronger.

“Right,” Piotr replied. “I’ll keep you in the loop.”

“Thanks,” I replied before hanging up. Pushing the phone back into my pocket, I sighed as I entered the house. Mila was talking to the butler. They stopped and looked at me as I walked over.

“We’ll continue this discussion later, thank you,” Mila said. The butler gave us a slight bow and left.

“What discussion?” I enquired curiously.

“Oh, you don’t need to worry about that. You have towers of paperwork from hell waiting for you in the office.”

“Yes, I know, dear,” I sighed. “I have arranged with Tasha to collect it and have my secretary sort through it.” Smiling at her, I pulled Mila into my arms. “I want to focus on us,” I said seductively.

Mila grinned, kissed me quickly, and turned out of my arms. “Don’t you have work to do?” she asked, heading to the stairs.

Sprinting towards her, I caught her as she took the first step. Picking her up, I turned in a circle as I spoke. “Oh, my dear, you are work.”

Mila laughed as I stopped and lowered her. Taking my face in her hands, she looked into my eyes. “You are something else, you know.”

“Yes, I know,” I whispered as I kissed her.

“Well, I have a meeting with the guys, and then we can have lunch if you want,” she said, turning to go upstairs.

Tapping her ass as she walked, I grinned. “Sure, sounds good,” I replied. Watching her disappear, I shook my head. What was I doing? I also had to go up. My office was up there. Smiling at myself, I headed up.

Entering my office, I saw the mountain of paperwork Mila spoke of. Dailing the office, I waited for Tasha to answer. “Hey, sis,” I said as her cheery voice came through the line. “I’m putting the files and papers in a box. I’ll leave it downstairs for collection. You remembered to send someone for it, right?”

“Yeah, yeah,” Tasha’s voice blared. “They should be there in a bit.”

“Okay, thanks.”

“Talk to you later, bro,” she huffed before the line went dead.

Turning, I grabbed a box from the floor and piled the stack of papers and files into it. Most of it was receipts, purchase orders, etc., from our legitimate companies. So, I didn’t mind if it went to the office for sorting. I pressed the intercom button briefly and waited for the butler to come up.

“Yes, sir,” he said, standing at the door.

“Please take this box down. Someone will be around in a bit to collect it for the office,” I said, pointing at the box on my desk. He nodded, picked up the box, and left. With that out of the way, I sat down and checked my emails. There were as many as I expected. Working with the Smirnovs and the Morozovs was actually making life easier.

Leaning back in my chair, I stared out the window as my mind wandered back to our last confrontation with Jason and the enemy Bratva. I am sure most Bratva families would have handled things differently. I was grateful for the assistance we got from the Morozov Family.

Mila still teased me about my non-violent methods. I was also sure that the Morozovs would have handled it differently. But we knew Jason growing up; he used to be a friend.

Life changed for us all. I could only hope that my choice was the right one, that it wouldn’t come back to bite me in the ass. I was so deep in my thoughts that I didn’t hear Mila coming in.

“Penny for your thoughts?” she said.

Snapping back to reality, I almost dislocated my neck. “Mila,” I breathed out. “You have made it a habit of sneaking up on me.” She was wearing a blue summer dress. It fit her form perfectly.

Mila laughed as she leaned forward onto my desk. “If your mind doesn’t go flying so often, I might not be able to,” she replied jokingly.

Standing, I leaned forward and kissed her. “Oh, my dear, if not for my flying, we wouldn’t have all of this,” I said, waving my hands in the air.

“I love you, you silly old man,” she whispered as she turned and walked to the door.

“Silly old man?” I asked, moving quickly towards her. Grabbing her around the waist, I pulled her back in and closed the door. Pinning her against the door, I kissed her neck as I whispered. “I’ll show you a silly old man.”

Mila giggled, pushing me lightly away. “Not now. We still have work to do, and lunch is getting cold.”

Pushing up against her as I kissed her passionately, I could feel her heart racing. “Okay, for now, I will stand down. But I do not forget even if I’m an old man.” I said, pulling back.

We headed down and had a quick lunch. “So, where was your mind this time?” Mila asked.

Grinning, I swallowed the last bite of my sandwich. “I was thinking about everything that has happened in the last six months.”

“The past is gone, my love,” she said as she rose from the table. I watched her intently as she came around towards me. Pushing my chair back, I pulled her onto my lap. “I have faith that everything will work out. You have a knack for coming out on top,” she added before giving me a tender kiss.

I chuckled as she stood up. I knew she was right, but I was a worrier, as my mom used to say. Even as a child, I always saw what could go wrong first. Hearing the phone ring, I shook my head. I had slipped into my mind again.

“Mila was halfway out of the room already. Glancing back at me, she spoke softly. “You going to get that flying man?”

“Yes, sorry, I love you,” I replied, pulling the phone out of my pocket. She winked at me and left. Looking at the ringing phone, I realized it was Piotr again. “Piotr,” I huffed as I answered. “How did it go? Are we on?”

He didn’t waste any time with formalities, as he replied. “We have a meeting in the city in two days. We will meet at Ivan’s club.

I felt relieved that we had gotten a meeting. I had not met Ivan yet. I only had the pleasure of working with Ashan and Roman so far. I was excited. An alliance with the Morozov Family would be a major step for us. “That sounds perfect,” I replied. “Thank you, I will make the traveling arrangements.”

“No problem,” Piotr replied. “Just keep in mind, on our side, it will only be me and Leon going.”

“Noted, I will let you know the flight details,” I responded.

“Great stuff, see you later,” Piotr added and hung up.

After making a couple of calls, I booked a private jet. I also called the hotel and booked four rooms. On our side, it would be Mila, Anton, and me going. I called Tasha and Abram to discuss what had to happen while Anton and I were away.

It was only two days, but I knew a lot could happen in that time. Getting up, I went looking for Mila. I had to inform her of the plans. I found her in her favorite spot. Most afternoons, she came to sit in the middle of the Maze of Roses. She said it opened her aura.

I would find her ready or working on her laptop. Today, she was working. I stood watching as her fingers flew over the keys. Her passion radiated when she worked.

Stepping into the clearing, I cleared my throat before speaking. “Mila, can we talk?”

She looked up at me, her eyes sparkling. Smiling, she pushed the laptop forward. “Of course, my love,” she replied in her sweetest tone.

Sitting beside her, I took her hands as she turned to me. “We got a meeting with the Morozov family,” I said, caressing her fingers. “They assisted us in getting Jason and his Bratva friend out of town, and I was hoping we could build a stronger alliance with them.”

Mila smiled, leaned closer, and kissed my cheek. “Honey, I’m already married to you, and I think all of the Morozov brothers are taken,” she said as her smile widened.

“Oh, you won’t be so lucky that I would pass you on to someone else,” I replied jokingly.

She laughed as she got up. Mila flung her arms around my neck as she sat on my lap. “I love that we can say anything to each other,” she breathed out. “I am a good influence on you.”

“No, my dear, you’re a bad influence,” I countered.

“Look at how peacefully you handled everything these last couple of months. You can’t tell me that didn’t have something to do with my influence,” she said in a cocky tone.

Rubbing her back, I spoke softly. “Oh, you are a horrible influence, but don’t get me wrong, I love it.”

Mila laughed as she replied. “That we will have to debate some more as I don’t think we will ever agree on it.”

Hugging her tightly, I kissed her forehead. “You are right, like always, my dear,” I added. “But we have a meeting with the Morozov family in two days. I have booked the jet and hotel. We will be leaving in the morning, though.”

“Leaving early?” Mila asked as she stood up. Turning in a circle before me, she placed a finger in the mouth. “I wonder what the reason for that could be?”

Getting up, I pulled her close, grinning. “I can think of many things to do in that time. Alone in a hotel room with room service.” Holding her hand, I pulled her with me as I went back inside. “You have to pack, dear,” I huffed as we moved up the stairs.

“You going to help?” Mila asked, giggling.

We stumbled into the room, almost falling to the floor. She pulled one way and me the other way. Landing on the bed, we kissed. Her lips were soft as silk, and her breath warm. “Mila,” I said, lifting my head. “I love you.”

Mila pushed me off her and got up. “I love you too, but we have to pack,” she said, moving to the closet. She pulled out two bags. Shifting the one towards me, she stood with her hands on her hips. “Come on, slow poke, get moving.” She breathed out.

Once we were packed, we had a light dinner followed by a movie and bed.

I woke the next morning hearing Mila whispering. Opening my eyes, I saw her standing by the window. She was on the phone and holding her hand over her mouth, trying to be quiet.

Sitting up, I smiled as she turned to me. “If you wanted to be quiet, you should have gone out of the room,” I said as she hung up.

Jumping onto the bed on her knees, Mila wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me. “Good morning, sunshine,” she said. “I was waiting for you to wake.”

“Oh, okay. I’m awake now. What was so important that you had to wake me?” I asked.

Mila laughed as she got off the bed. “When will we be back? The family wants a dinner meeting.”

“Friday morning. We can have dinner at the casino. I’ll arrange for a private room upstairs,” I replied, slipping on my jeans.

Nodding, Mila replied hastily as she headed out. “Great stuff, get moving. We need to meet the others in half an hour.”

Pulling on my shirt and shoes, I grabbed my bag and followed her to the car. The drive to the airport was quick. Piotr, Leon, and Anton were already there. “Late much, brother?” Anton asked in his usual cocky tone.

“Just get on; we have to go,” I replied calmly.

The flight was pretty quiet. Mila watched a movie, and I must have fallen asleep somewhere. “Hey, baby,” Mila said, shaking me lightly. “We’ve landed.”

I had arranged a limo for us. Once we got to the hotel, everyone went to their rooms. After we sorted our things, we had a quick lunch together. “Mila and I are going to explore the city,” I said as we got back to the lobby. “We’ll see you all here in the morning.”

“Don’t get lost,” Piotr joked as we headed out. Miami had a lot to see. We visited a carnival, the mall, and the beach. We ended up having supper in a small Italian restaurant, listening to the waves crashing on the beach.

It was a great day. Once we got back to the hotel, I felt drained. Flopping onto the bed, I heard Mila calling from the bathroom. “You coming to join me?”

“In a minute, dear,” I replied, closing my eyes.

Opening my eyes, I noticed it was early morning. Turning, I saw Mila sleeping soundly beside me. I missed showering with her. Leaning over, I kissed her shoulder. “I’m sorry,” I whispered before getting up.

After washing and dressing, I ordered breakfast and woke Mila up. “It’s almost time, dear,” I said, stroking her hair.

She smiled at me. “You missed the shower,” she replied.

“I’ll be there for the next one,” I said, kissing her forehead.

I waited as she got ready. Once we had our breakfast, we went down to meet the others.

“Ready?” Piotr asked as we stepped out of the elevator.

Glancing at each other, we all nodded. The limo took us to Ivan’s club. It was a magnificent place. I had never been to one of the Morozov establishments. But if they were all similar to this one, they were surely noticeable.

Ashan was waiting for us as we arrived. “Hi,” he said as we peeled out of the limo.

“Ashan,” Piotr replied, giving him an open hug. “Nice to see you again and be back here.”

“Same,” Ashan added. “Ivan and the rest are waiting.”

Piotr glanced at us and nodded. We followed Ashan through the club to the back. Entering the private room, I saw four other men and one woman. The room seemed dark even though it was well-lit.

In the middle was a large oval table with chairs around it. “Welcome the large, tall man in the middle said. “Come in, please have a seat.”

Piotr stepped closer and held out his hand. “Ivan, good to see you again,” he uttered, glancing back at me.

Ivan was the biggest man in the room. In fact, I felt sure he was the biggest man I had ever met. Stepping closer, I felt a knot forming in my throat. “Hi, Aleksandr,” I said, shaking his hand. His grip was powerful; I had to fight not to pull my face.

“Welcome, sit,” he replied, waving his hand across the table. As we all sat down, the introductions started. Piotr introduced us, and Ivan introduced his family. He named them from one side. First was Roman, Ashan, Sergei, and then Ivan. To his other side was Leo, and Evelina.

They were a big family, and these were only some of them. I felt small for a moment, but then Mila squeezed my hand. She gave me strength; she was my pillar.

“It’s nice to put a face to the name of the mysterious Dubow family,” Ivan said with a feral smile.

Locking eyes with him, I spoke up. “It’s always a pleasure to meet another powerful leader.” My tone was calm and clear. Feeling like my insides were vibrating at a hundred miles an hour, I didn’t expect to sound so controlled.

Ivan’s smile seemed to ease up. “I know you came here to make our alliance official,” he said. “I will allow you to convince me. But I have to say, I don’t see how your family and mine can benefit each other.”

I suspected I might get such a reception. But I knew I could change his mind. Leaning back in my chair, I cleared my throat. “Ivan,” I replied calmly. “I know it might not seem like we have something to offer. But we do.”

The Morozov family glanced at each other then Roman added his voice. “We have many contacts throughout; we have men and women with all skill sets. What do you think you can add?”

“Well,” I said, sitting up and placing my hands on the table. “We offer loyalty; we have dealt with upcoming enemies in our territory. Plus, we can assist each other in broadening production and distribution.”

I noticed Sergei leaning in as I spoke. I felt sure he was interested to learn more. “What do you seek from us?” Sergei added as soon as I finished.

Smiling at him, I thought about it before answering. “Well, as you know, my marriage to Mila has brought us on each other's path. To prevent any future problems, I would suggest an alliance. We can sort through the logistics later. For now, we just need to know we won’t be stepping on your toes moving forward.”

Sergei and Roman appeared pleased with my answer. Ivan shook his head slowly as he replied. “I can see it may cause issues if we don’t do this.” Looking at his family, he continued. “We could maybe benefit from each other’s contacts.”

Standing, I held out my hand across the table. “I look forward to working with you all,” I said.

Ivan stood and gripped my hand firmly. “I hope our alliance prospers. You know what comes next should things not work out?”

I nodded at him and smiled, pulling my hand free from the mutilation it was suffering. “Yes,” I responded.

“Well, then,” Ivan added, throwing his hands into the air. “Let’s have a drink.”

A drink turned into a couple too many. By the time we left Ivan’s club, we had shared more than one bottle of vodka, had a lovely meal, and spoke about a variety of things. Walking out of the club, I felt like we had become family in just one day.

Back at the hotel, I had a repeat of the previous evening. I passed out on the bed while Mila took another shower alone.

The next morning, she was up with me. Our flight back was again way too early for me. But we made it in time. I couldn’t wait to get home and make sure everything was running as it should.

Mila went straight to the casino. She wanted to prepare for our dinner event with the family. I headed home with our luggage. Once I caught up on the business, I took a shower, dressed, and headed to join Mila.

I found her in the bar downstairs. “Hey,” I said, taking the seat next to her. “I thought you would be upstairs with everyone else. Is everything okay?”

Mila kissed my cheek, smiling. “Yes, I was waiting for you.”

“Great, let’s go then,” I said, taking her hand and heading for the elevator.

“Akim is late again,” she said as we stepped into the elevator.

For a moment, I just stared at her. “I’ve missed you,” I whispered. She was my angel, and I just wanted to make love to her all the time.

“You passed up time with me,” she replied, smiling seductively.

I stepped forward and pressed the ‘stop’ button on the elevator. “Is everything okay?” Mila asked, grinning.

“Oh, dear, it’s better than okay,” I replied, stepping up to her. Taking hold of her waist, I pushed her up against the elevator wall.

As our lips touched, she whispered, “We’re going to be late.”

“No one will miss us,” I replied, pushing my tongue gently into her mouth. Mila’s mouth opened and our tongues danced. I felt my dick reacting instantly.

Mila put her hands around my neck. I felt her fingers crawling up before she grabbed hold. Our kiss intensified in speed and strength. “Mila,” I breathed out, pulling back slightly. “I want you.”

My hands moved quickly as I pulled her blouse out of the skirt. There was no time to struggle with buttons, so I simply pulled it up and over her head. She was wearing a push-up bra. They held her breasts firmly, exposing her cleavage.

My body drowned in the intensifying need for her. Leaning down, I kissed her breasts, then her neck, before taking her mouth in mine again. Moving back up, my fingers unclasped the bra.

I took half a step back as Mila lowered her arms and dropped the bra to the floor. Looking into my eyes, she giggled. “You are more than perfect, I breathed out. Bending down, I sucked her nipple into my mouth.

Mila lifted her face to the ceiling as she gasped. Coming back up, I grabbed her neck. Bending it to the side, I kissed her neck hard. My dick was already pumping in my pants. But my needs could wait.

Locking eyes with her, I moved slowly, lowering my body down. As I got onto my knees, my head was aligned with her pussy. Moving my hands down her sides, I smiled up at her. I moved slowly over her skirt to the rim.

Mila smiled at me, licking her lips. Pushing my hands back up under her skirt. I followed her legs up to her panties. Still looking at her, I breathed in deeply as I pulled them to the floor.

I could hear her breathing change as I moved. As I rose, I pushed her skirt up. Taking hold of her ass, Mila gasped. Her hands moved down my chest to my pants. Mila quickly undid my belt and button and pulled down my zipper.

She stuck her hand into my underpants, firmly taking hold of my dick. Leaning forward, I kissed her hard. “Yes, baby,” I huffed out as she stroked my dick. Mila pulled my underpants down slightly so my dick could be released from its constraints.

I pushed her back against the wall. Firmly holding her ass, I lightly pushed her legs apart. Her breathing was just as uneven as mine. As we kissed passionately, I pressed forward. My dick kissed her pussy, and Mila moaned softly. I could only get the tip in the way we were standing, but it was enough.

Mila lifted her head as she moaned while I gently moved in and out of her. Mila first lifted one leg, and I tightened my grip on her ass. Lifting her, she lifted the other one as well and wrapped her legs around my waist.

She pushed her hands under my shirt as I filled her. I felt her nails digging into my back as I started moving in and out at a faster pace. She leaned in and bit softly into my neck. “Oh, Mila,” I breathed out, pushing harder.

Mila moaned into my neck as I lifted her a tad more so I could get in all the way. As my pace increased, I felt her body shaking. Mila shook, moaned, and held me tighter as she came. Slowing down slightly, I felt my release come.

I stood with her limp in my arms for a moment, catching my breath. Lowering her to her feet, I kissed her softly. “I love you, Mila,” I whispered as I let go.

She placed her hands on my chest, gasping for air. “I love you too,” she eventually breathed out as we stood with our foreheads touching. Once we could breathe normally, I stepped back.

Once we were dressed, Mila took my hand and held my arm with the other as she leaned against me. I kissed her forehead as I hit the elevator button. “Ready for another adventure?” I asked.

Mila smiled so broadly that her entire being lit up. “Always,” she replied as we stepped out to join the family. Mila had brought us all together and I couldn’t imagine a life where she wasn’t in it.
