“Do you mind getting the blinds?”
“Of course,” smiled at his visitor. Pulling the shades down over the room’s only window, he grabbed a shirt up off the floor and pulled it over his shoulders.
“Thank you, darling,” said Regina. Dressed in her blood-soaked outfit from the night before, the vampiress stretched her arms and legs and got comfortable in ’s bed. “Now, would you mind telling me what we’re going to do to our new friend Griff?”
“Oh,” chuckled . “There you go again with the whole jumping ahead to the end thing. Don’t worry. We’ll see Griff tonight.”
took a seat on Griff’s bed to face Regina. “Let’s try to stick to one friend at a time, shall we?”
“Fine,” Regina let out a sigh as she examined her manicure. “Then what do we do with her?”
“Well,” said as he put his arm around the entranced woman sitting next to him. “I have a couple of ideas. But why don’t we all get acquainted first? Regina, say hi to Ada, recent ex-girlfriend of one of our favorites, Pruitt Monomania.”
“Hello, love,” said Regina as she looked into Ada’s hypnotized eyes.
At first, the dazed cheerleader didn’t respond. Finally, however, Regina’s new friend spoke in an ominous, emotionless tone. “Don’t forget to vote Ada for homecoming queen.”
“Homecoming, huh? That’s tonight, isn’t it, Ada?” asked .
Ada nodded like a robot might.
Regina let out a wicked laugh. “ And what a homecoming it will be .”
