Butcher
The music vibrated up through my bones as the colorful lights sliced through the air of the nightclub. The dance floor was a blur of bodies moving to the beat. Kaylee was in my arms in a short shimmering dress, her hair sparkling under the strobe lights as we swayed to the rhythm. Levi was behind her, his hands on her hips, and I wished he could see the way her eyes lit up as my thigh pressed between hers.
It was the first time we were letting loose in public because we felt Chrome was a safe place. No one was whispering about seeing us together. No one questioned what we were doing between the three of us. And while we had yet to experience those murmurs since we were keeping things between us, it felt good to know we could just be who we were and not hide for once.
Kaylee moaned softly in my ear as her fingers brushed against my neck. “You’re gonna make me come.”
“Good,” I replied with a wink.
Her lips were soft as I leaned down and placed mine against hers. And maybe it was the alcohol flowing through my veins, but before I realized what I was doing, my hand slid up her bare thigh and straight to her soaked panties.
I grabbed onto Levi’s neck, needing him as an anchor as I moved my thigh out of the way so I could slip a finger into our girl. She moaned again, pulling her lips from mine and resting her back against Levi’s front. My eyes locked with his, and then he looked down to see what I was doing and grinned.
He cupped my face in his hands, bringing our lips together. His kiss was intense, the exact opposite of Kaylee’s, but just as delicious.
“I want to make you come too,” I said to him as we pulled apart.
“That’s a little messier, but later I’m all yours,” he replied.
“Yeah, you are mine.” And he was. What we had between the three of us was perfect, and Portland seemed to have made any sort of hesitation Levi was feeling disappear. It felt good to call him by his first name. It was as though that little change had brought us all closer together.
However, the thought of leaving in the morning to head to our first preseason game in New York was in the back of all our minds. Thankfully, Levi and I were only going to be gone for four nights while we played the Rangers and then the Capitals, but we knew the season was going to be chaotic.
Kaylee tilted her head slightly, a playful smirk on her lips as she looked up at Levi. He leaned down, their lips meeting in a kiss. I rubbed her clit faster, her arousal coating my fingers as she got closer to coming. As I watched their tongues move together, my balls ached. While no one around us cared what we were doing, and I loved being out in public with my boyfriend and girlfriend, I wanted to go home and be buried deep in both of them.
Our bodies continued moving to the beat and once their mouths pulled apart, I latched onto Levi’s again. My fingers rubbed Kaylee harder and faster and as I tasted Levi’s mouth, Kaylee’s pussy spasmed and she came. I withdrew my hand from inside her panties, broke away from Levi’s lips, and stuck my fingers into his mouth. He sucked them, tasting our girlfriend and how delicious she was. After a few seconds, I licked my fingers and got the remaining juices from them.
“My place?” I asked.
Levi and Kaylee both nodded, and then we ordered a ride to our building.
A few weeks later, we stood in the foyer of my place. Levi had his bag next to mine, and he and Kaylee hugged and kissed goodbye. When they were done, I stepped forward, pulled her into my arms, and did the same. We’d gone through being away for several nights already, but each time, it didn’t get easier. We tried to video call Kaylee as often as we could, but it wasn’t the same as when we were all physically together. Even so, we were making it work.
“We’ll call you tonight, sweetness.” I hugged her again.
“Okay. Good luck tomorrow. I’ll be watching.”
Levi and I grabbed our bags and then slipped out into the hall. We’d given Kaylee keys to our places and didn’t care if she stayed while we were away. All that mattered was she’d be waiting for us when we returned.
He and I shared a ride to the arena where a bus waited to take the team to the airport. At first, we wondered if it would be suspicious if we rode together, but then we decided it would be even more suspicious if we didn’t because the guys knew we lived in the same building.
Little did they know, every night, we shared a bed and not a wall.
The team’s chartered flight touched down a little over five hours later in Texas. A bus was waiting to take us to the hotel where we would relax for the night before needing to get up for morning skate the following day. After the game, we were headed to Denver before going back home for three games.
Since my parents lived in Dallas, I was having dinner with them before I crashed for the night. It sucked because I wished I could take Levi with me, to introduce him as my boyfriend, but he wasn’t ready. I didn’t blame him.
After we arrived at the hotel where we stayed every time we played the Stars, I grabbed my room key from Ashley, the Bruins’ travel coordinator.
“Room 412 for you, Butcher,” she said with a smile. “Sexton, you’re in 415.”
We took the keys from her, and I slid one of them out of the envelope. She walked away, leaving us alone. “Not sure how long I’ll be tonight, but you can come to my room if you want.” I handed him a key.
“Okay, and don’t worry about me. I’m going out with Coop and the others.”
“I know, but I wish you could come with me.”
“I think I can manage a few hours without you,” Levi teased.
“It’s not that. I want you?—”
Before I could finish, Orlov came over to us. “We’re headed to a Tex-Mex place down the street. You two coming?”
I shook my head. “Can’t. Meeting my folks for dinner.”
“I’ll be there,” Levi replied.
“Great.” Orlov squeezed Levi’s shoulder and even though we’d all been teammates and friends for years, the sight of him touching my boyfriend irritated me slightly. “Meet you down here in an hour.”
We all headed to the elevators and packed inside the best we could. Once on the fourth floor, everyone parted ways—me heading to my room and Levi and the others making their way to theirs.
I tossed my bag on the bed and went straight for the shower, letting the hot water wash away the weariness of travel.
With a towel wrapped around my waist, I stepped out of the bathroom feeling refreshed. To my surprise, I found Levi in my room, casually lounging on the bed. “You should have joined me.” I smirked.
“Then you’d be late meeting your parents.”
“They can wait in the lobby.” I dropped my towel from my waist, my dick growing at the thought of being inside Levi.
“And the guys will wonder where I am,” he said, licking his bottom lip and staring at my cock.
“Guess we’ll have to be fast.” I took a step toward him just as his phone rang. He started to stroke my shaft. “Are you going to get that?”
“I would rather suck you off.”
“All right. At least silence the damn thing.” I smirked.
He released me and pulled his phone out of his pocket, both of us reading the screen at the same time. It was his mother.
“Shit. I should take this. She never calls except on Sundays.” He slid his finger across the screen to answer it. “Hey, Mom. Everything okay?” I sat next to him on the bed, then my eyes widened at his next words. “You’re in the lobby?” We shared a look. “Okay. Yeah. I was going to go to dinner with the guys but —” He stood. “You want to come? … No, I think it will be fine, but the guys can get a little rowdy. Are you sure? … Okay. I’ll be right down.” He hung up.
“Your mom is here?” I asked, even though it was apparent.
“Yeah. Something’s not right. She never leaves without my father, especially to catch one of my games.”
“Well, go see what’s up. We can meet up later tonight.” I got to my feet.
“Okay.” He kissed me briefly and then walked out the door.
Grabbing my suitcase, I changed into a polo shirt and cargo shorts. Yes, shorts in October. Have you been to Texas before? Once I was ready, I snatched a room key and headed down to the lobby. Sexton was nowhere to be seen, but I spotted my folks and sister right away. Mom rushed over to me.
“Hey, honey.”
“Hey, Mom.” We embraced, then I hugged my dad. “Hey, Dad.”
“Son,” he greeted.
I turned to my sister. “I didn’t know you’d be here.”
“UVA is playing A&M tomorrow, so I came early to see our parents and they told me they were going to your game and well, here I am too.”
“I’m glad.” I hugged her too.
Dad drove us to their favorite steakhouse, and we were quickly seated at a corner table in the back.
Mom and Dad immediately began catching me up on all that was going on with them, and Paris and I took turns sharing updates about our lives. Of course, I left out the part about me being in a throuple with Kaylee and Levi. In fact, I didn’t mention I was dating anyone because that would lead to lies.
The food arrived, and we all dug in. Dad and I talked about the upcoming game, and he shared strategies with me and who to look out for on the Stars.
“So, Austin,” Paris said, leaning in with a teasing smile. “You seem to be in a great mood. Anything special going on?”
I raised an eyebrow. “Just enjoying hockey season and being with my family.”
Paris tilted her head, her eyes narrowing with a playful glint. “Oh, come on. You’re practically glowing. Surely something more than just hockey and us could making you this happy.”
I chuckled, shaking my head. “You’re imagining things. I’m just excited for the game tomorrow and spending time with you guys.”
She raised an eyebrow. “Really? You’re definitely keeping something to yourself. Are you dating someone?”
I tried to suppress a grin but failed. “Nope. Just in a good mood. That’s all.”
Paris leaned back, crossing her arms with a smirk. “I don’t buy it. You’re way too happy. I haven’t seen you like this in ages. And you’re always so vague about your personal life. If I didn’t know better, I’d say you’re dating someone.”
Dad glanced between us. “You’ve got a girlfriend?”
I shook my head. “No, Dad. There’s no girlfriend.” I hated to lie, but it was the way it had to be.
Paris tapped her chin thoughtfully. “Well, if you’re not dating anyone, you must have another good reason for being so cheerful, and I’d love to hear about it.”
“I swear I’m just happy to be eating this delicious steak with you guys.”
Paris laughed. “All right, all right. But if you ever start dating someone, you better not keep us in the dark.”
I gave her a playful nudge. “I’ll keep that in mind.”
I wanted so badly to tell them there were two secret someones in my life.
