As soaked in the momentary bliss of his team scoring yet another touchdown, he pulled his helmet off and turned his attention to the crowd. He could make out a perfect visual of Griff and Darcy. He watched as Darcy excused himself and took a phone call, but his mindset instantly changed as he watched Griff look on with sad eyes.
